Reply directly to your order confirmation or shipping email. It comes from noreply@maisondesriches.com and your reply reaches us with the order attached, which means we can answer without asking you for a number you would have to go and find.
That is the fastest route by some distance. Damaged, incorrect or missing orders are resolved with store credit — see the shipping and returns page.
Before you buy
Sizing, fit, fabric, restocks, or whether something is coming back — send those to the address below and we will answer them.
For fit specifically, check the look the piece appears in first. Every look records who is wearing it, their height, the size they took and how it actually fits. That is more useful than a size chart and it is the reason we publish it.

How long we take
Usually within one business day. This is a small independent label — the person who designs and packs the garments is the person answering the email, so late nights during a drop are slower than a Tuesday morning.
