Shipping + returns

Where it ships from

Every order is packed and shipped by hand from New Jersey. There is no warehouse and no third-party fulfilment — the person who made the brand is the person putting your order in the box.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

How long it takes

Orders leave within two to four business days. Drops and restocks can run longer, because everything is packed by one person and a drop arrives all at once.

You will get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. Delivery time after that is the carrier's, not ours.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $9. Orders over $175 ship free. Both are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for fit or for change of mind. Check the size guidance on the product page and in the look it appears in — the fit notes are there because they are more useful than a size chart.

This is a small independent label, not a department store. Accepting returns on a hand-packed drop is not something we can absorb, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it.

When something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, that is on us and we will fix it. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a photo if something is damaged.

We resolve these with store credit, applied to your account and usable immediately at checkout. It does not expire.

This is different from a refund, and it is deliberate: credit keeps the money in the brand and gets you the piece you wanted rather than a reversal on a card statement.

Cancelling

If an order has not shipped yet we can usually cancel it. Reply to your order confirmation email quickly — once it is marked shipped it is with the carrier and cannot be recalled.
