Who you are buying from

This store is operated by The RICH Brand, trading from New Jersey, United States. Buying from it means you accept these terms.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Stock is limited and drops sell out. Having something in your bag does not reserve it — an item is only yours once the order is paid for. If we take payment for something that turns out to be unavailable, we will cancel the order and refund that payment in full.

Sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Where an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, we resolve it with store credit — see the shipping and returns page for how that works.

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.

Store credit

Store credit is issued to your account and applies automatically at checkout. It does not expire, it is not transferable, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.

Your account

Keep your sign-in link and password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

Our designs

The brand names, garment designs, photography and written copy on this site belong to The RICH Brand. Buying a piece buys you the piece, not the right to reproduce the design.

These terms can change. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
