Privacy

What we collect

When you buy something we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. When you create an account we store your email address and, if you provide them, your first and last name.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for a date of birth, a gender, or anything else we would have no use for.

Your card details

We never see your card. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, which collects and stores card details on their own systems. Our store receives only a payment reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded.

This means there is no card data on our servers to lose.

Who processes your data

Stripe processes payments. Supabase hosts the database and your account. Vercel hosts and serves the website. Resend delivers order and account emails. Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions, and each has its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Email

We email you about your own orders — a confirmation when you buy and a notice when it ships. Those are not marketing and you cannot unsubscribe from them, because they are the receipt.

Marketing email is separate and only goes to people who explicitly asked for it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works.

Your account

You can see everything we hold about you by signing in at your account page. If you want your account and its data deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Orders themselves are kept after deletion for tax and accounting reasons, with your personal details removed from them.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your bag. There is no advertising tracking on this site and no third-party analytics collecting your browsing.
